Yes, the crew should be punish.

Yes they are the one who being punch.

But doesn't mean they are the victims.

But we cannot solely referring to one-side story.

So, who is telling the truth. 

No one knows except who were at the scene.
Its not that I'm on the crew's side.
But racist start to affect our judgement.
and it could lead into chaos.
